WHO WE ARE
WE ARE A THIRD-GENERATION FAMILY OWNED OPERATION
Craw Piano Service was founded nearly 60 years ago by husband and wife Dewey and Joanie Craw. A decade later, their son Steve joined the business, carrying the family trade forward.

Dewey's passion for the craft didn't stop there; He trained his son Scott, who went on to run a successful piano service business in western Monroe County for many years. He also mentored two brothers-in-law along the way.
​In 2014, the family tradition continued into a new generation when grandson and nephew Erik joined the team.
​
In 2020, Steve's wife, Marcia, joined as well, bringing her talents to the office and helping keep the business running behind the scenes.
​
We've since lost our beloved Dewey, Joanie, and Scott, but their spirits live on in every piano that we touch. Their legacy is the foundation of all that we do today.
Together, we all love what we do, as expressed in our motto
"Pianos tuned Lovingly".
